Last updated: 18 August 2026
These terms govern access to wavepaint.net and the WavePaint browser application. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
WavePaint is a digital waveform and timing-diagram editor. Features may change as the project develops. Unless a feature states otherwise, waveform data is processed locally on your device.
Your work
You retain rights in diagrams and project files you create. You are responsible for the content you import and for maintaining backups of important work.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; distribute malware; abuse network resources; or infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Third-party services and advertising
The site may use or link to third-party services, including CDNs, analytics, payment, donation, and advertising providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Advertising helps fund free access but does not imply endorsement of an advertiser.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, WavePaint disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change. Questions can be sent to contact@wavepaint.net.
