These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WavePaint Web (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: If you run WavePaint locally (for example, from downloaded files), these Terms still apply to your use of the software.

WavePaint is a waveform/timing diagram editor that runs in your browser. Unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific feature, waveform data and projects are processed locally on your device.

The Service, including its software, UI, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal and professional purposes.

You retain rights to the waveforms, diagrams, and project files you create ("Your Content"). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import.

Some features may be offered as paid or subscription-based features ("Paid Features"). We may also accept voluntary donations.

The Service may reference or integrate third-party services (for example, CDNs, payment providers, or external links). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by their own terms and policies.

If you choose to provide your email address (for example, to receive product updates, release notes, or important service communications), you consent to us processing your email for that purpose.
